MES makes use of the following operational structures:

A DEVELOPMENT TEAM, consisting of qualified technicians

A MAINTENANCE TEAM, consisting of electricians, carpenters, plumbers, and equipment installers

AN INSTALLATION TEAM, dedicated to the installation of electrical and instrumental industrial plants

A TECHNICAL TEAM, dedicated to the calibration, the alignment and the placing into operation of plants.
MES is made up of the following departments:
- The accounts department and main workshop
- The permanent site office and shop
- Mobile structures for temporary sites
The various stages of installation are coordinated by MES managers who also interface with other activities (process, mechanical, civil). Once these operations have been completed, tests which are called for by the relevant authorities for compliance with current laws and regulations are carried out.
