Once tests have been carried out, the MES technicians take care of placing the plants into operation, operational start-up and service and maintenance during the first production cycle. Furthmore Mes offers training courses for the personnel in charge of machine operation, of preliminary plant and of switchboards and integrated operating systems.

MES draws up instruction and training manuals used for training personnel in plant management, component white testing, start-up, plant operating and in optimizing production and maintenance times. Particular attention is paid to training personnel assigned to the plant through individual courses which are structured around each individual plant or systems.
